When Did We Start Measuring Happiness❓


 Time moves forward, but our childhood stays frozen somewhere in between 🕛

Relatable? | Think about it | Feel it.

As children, we didn’t measure happiness.📐

We didn’t compare it.

We didn’t calculate it.

We didn’t post it.


Now everything feels measurable.

Success is numbers.🔢

Worth is productivity.

Happiness is achievements.🏆


Somewhere along the way, joy became something to earn.💸

We started waiting for big milestones 

a result, 📃

a appreciation , 🏅

approval,☑️ 

recognition.🌟


But happiness was never meant to be a reward system.

Maybe we didn’t lose happiness.😶

Maybe we complicated it.🙂

And maybe simplicity is still available 

if we stop measuring every feeling...😊

Where Did Our Childhood Happiness Go?

It came easily✨ It stayed longer. It felt lighter🍃 As children, we didn’t wake up thinking about productivity or expectations . We woke up thinking about play. 🛝 A small treat felt special.  A rainy afternoon felt magical. 🌦️ Even boredom turned into imagination .🤔 Now we wake up with notifications, 🔔 responsibilities, and a constant mental checklist.📃 Nothing dramatic happened. We simply grew up. But growing up slowly changed the way we experience life. Do you remember the last time you laughed without worrying about tomorrow ?

  We grew up chasing success and forgot that happiness was something we already knew as children 2 min read | 9:15 pm 🕛 As kids, happiness was so easy.  Even a 1-rupee chocolate could give us immense joy🍫 Cartoons felt like the best part of the day, and playing in the mud until sunset felt like freedom🃏 At that time, we didn’t have salaries 💰  We didn’t have social media 📱  We didn’t worry about identity or status.
